7th Grade Permission forms for Hooks Game are available in the office

Students must meet the following criteria to attend:

• The student must have passed all subjects with an average of 70% or higher for the first semester and the fourth and fifth six weeks leading up to the game.
• Students must have been in attendance at least 90% of the required school days.
• Any student who has received three or more separate In School Suspension placements, or has one referral that results in an out of School Suspension, will not be permitted to attend.
• Any student who has been at SDGC or JJAEP during the school year will not be permitted to attend.

Forms and payment are due no later than, Tuesday May  6, 2025.
