    1-All library books need to be returned to the Junior High Library. If a book is not returned or has been lost, Mrs. Krnavek will send an email to parents and to the student’s school Gmail account.

    2-7th and 8th grade students who are interested in industrial careers such as welders, electricians, plumbers or working in the refineries have an opportunity to learn more during Craft Training Center Junior High Summer Camp. This is a free program and transportation from Flour Bluff High School to Craft Training Center will be provided. This will take place from June 21st-July 2nd, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 am-3:15 pm. See your counselor for an application.

    3-Do you have the Hornet Spirit? We are looking for Buzzy Jr. & Buzzette Jr. Mascot Tryouts are open to current 6th and 7th grade students. Tryouts are on Tuesday, May 25, at 4:00 p.m. Pick up information packet with requirements from FB Junior High or FB Intermediate or contact Mrs. Jorgensen at ijorgensen@flourbluffschools.net or Mrs. Ortiz at hortiz@flourbluffschools.net. Deadline to apply is May 14.
